Investment Education The Internal Rate If Return On Investment In Education?

The internal rate if return on investment in education? - investment education

I do not understand what it is, I do not think we could define the indexes?
a) the discount rate is the present value equals zero
the interest rate b) student loans (I dont think its this one)
c) the ratio of potential income for studies on the potential gains without education
d) the share of profit after tax profits before taxes

The answer is C.

The return on investment in education earned more income than they would have won if not in school.
