I am moving to Florida in June with my dog and I learned that by law the landlord can not ask more than $ 250 deposit for a pet. (I guess that means one year.) But I found a few houses that require deposit of $ 25/month. Does anyone know the laws on this or pets in general? I tried to get him, but I think they find nothing.
